One of the challenges of Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare within its Local Business Plan is to create a seamless continuum of addiction intervention and treatment for citizens living within the 5-county area.     The PBH model is becoming more and more identified with success in the context of statewide reform. There is widespread interest in our model including that of the North Carolina General Assembly. While we have many miles yet to walk, we have developed a solid infrastructure and we operate a highly functional system of care for consumers.
