Housing the Piedmont: Development, Services, and Policy – This Housing forum was hosted by the Piedmont Regional Continuum of Care Committee (PRCoC) and PBH (Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare). This forum was held on January 19, 2006 at The Village in Concord, NC. The PRCoC provides leadership and direction in analyzing the needs in our communities and is working toward developing solutions to counter the causes of homelessness by providing opportunities for our residents to have nourishment, health care, education, employment, recreation, self-sufficiency, safe affordable housing, and a good quality of life. PRCoC includes representation from a broad range of agencies, organizations, and individuals from Cabarrus, Davidson, Rowan, Stanly, and Union Counties who are interested in working together to expand housing and service opportunities throughout our region. PBH is the lead agency for the PRCoC.
